Permitte use: Storage & distribution + commercial office
Car park: Onsite car bays required for staff and fleet vehicles
Other: Secured hardstand required on site
Term: 5 year initial lease term + 2 x 3 year options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 September 2026 lease commencement date
