Occupy Property has been engaged by WGA to lead the procurement of a new Hobart office for the business. WGA is an Australian-owned, multi disciplinary engineering and project management consultancy business.

WGA is currently located at 24 Davey Street, Hobart.

Location: Hobart CBD (ideally waterfront precinct)
Grade: A & B Grade (incl. Character)
Total NLA: 200-400m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 20 x workstations
  • 2 x meeting rooms (4-6 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen & lunch area
  • 1 x breakout space (optional)
  • Storage cupboard

Car Parking: Required (please nominate number of bays either on-site or in proximity) and can include HCC street parking
End of Trip: Preferred but not required
Signage: External signage desirable
Sustainability: Highly sustainable base building credentials preferred (NABERS / Green Star / Well)
Other: Good natural light exposure & dog friendly preferred
Term: 5-year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 July 2026 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
