Occupy Property has been engaged by Vincents to lead the procurement of a new Sydney office lease for the firm.

Vincents is a national solutions-focused professional services firm with deep expertise in forensic, tax and advisory. Vincents Sydney office is currently located at 25 Martin Place.

Location: Sydney CBD
  • Proximate to key public transport nodes and diversified amenity for staff
Grade: Premium or A-Grade
NLA: 250-350m2
Fitout: Preference for good quality pre-fitted options (contemporary open-plan layout)

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 1 x unmanned reception
  • 1 x boardroom
  • 1 x meeting rooms (4-6 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 2 x offices
  • 20-25 x workstations
End of Trip: Good quality EOT facilities required
Car park: Please nominate maximum possible allocation and corresponding cost per bay per month.
Term: 1-3 years with options (Vincents will consider short-term sublease opportunities)
Lease Commencement Date: Q3/Q4 2025

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
