Occupy Property has been engaged by SunPork to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office/warehouse lease.

The organisation is currently based at 6 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm. SunPork is Australia's largest fully integrated, family-owned pork producer, managing the entire supply chain from genetics and farming to processing and marketing.

Location: Trade Coast Precinct and surrounding suburbs
Total NLA: 1,200 - 1,800m2
  • Office: 1,000-1,300m2
  • Warehouse: 250-500m2
Fitout: Fitted and unfitted premises to be considered
Permitte use: Commercial Office, Storage & Distribution
Car park: Onsite car bays required for staff vehicles
Term: 5-7 year initial lease term + options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 May 2027 lease commencement date
