Occupy Property has been engaged by Resourceful Recruitment to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

Resourceful Recruitment is a specialist partner to Australia's energy, resources, infrastructure and heavy industry sectors. The business is currently located at 120 Edward Street, Brisbane.

Location: Brisbane CBD
Grade: PCA A, B Grade & Character
Total NLA: 200-300 sqm
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered

— Fitted options will ideally include the following items:

  • 1 x waiting area
  • 15-16 x workstations
  • 1 x boardroom (10 pax)
  • 2 x meeting rooms (4-6 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen breakout area
End of Trip: High Quality End-of-Trip facilities required
Other:
  • Great natural light exposure
  • Located in close proximity to public transport infrastructure
Term: 3-5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 May 2027 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required).
