Occupy Property has been engaged by Quintear to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane Truck Depot for the business.

Quintear is a family owned business with over 50 years of experience in bulk haulage, truck hire and material solutions.

Location: Brisbane’s Western Corridor

(Wacol, Richlands, Darra, Carole Park, Oxley, Inala, Heathwood, Redbank, Riverview, Raceview, Bundamba, Swanbank + Greater Ipswich Area)

Total NLA:
  • Office: Little to no office space required
  • Warehouse: 200-500m2
  • Yard Space: 700-1,000m2
Fitout: Optimal fitout schedule:

Optimal fitout schedule (exclusive or shared):  

  • 1 x Reception/Waiting Area
  • Prime or secondary grade
  • Clear span Warehouse  
  • Minimum of 6m Internal height clearance to the eaves.
  • Yard area (Concrete, Bitumen, Gravel)
  • Perimeter fencing
  • Additional security preferred (Perimeter fencing, Security cameras etc.)
Commencement Date: Quintear are targeting a lease or settlement date of no later than 22nd December 2025.
