Occupy Property has been engaged by Power Systems Consultants (‘PSC’) to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

PSC is an independent consulting and engineering business for utilities and energy companies. PSC is currently located at 51 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley.

Location: Inner North (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills)

Proximity to public transport highly desirable

Grade: A & B Grade
NLA: 250-350m2

  • 16-24 x workstations
  • 3+ x offices
  • 1 x meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 1+ x quiet rooms or phone booths
  • 1 x boardroom (12-16 pax)

Car park: Car parking not required but casual, non-streetparking must be in proximity

Term: 5 year lease term with options

Lease Commencement Date: 1 October 2025 lease commencement date. Early access for fitout/trade may be required
