Occupy Property has been engaged by Pay Australia to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

Pay Australia is currently located at 307 Queen Street, Brisbane City.

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 20-30 x workstations
  • 1 x offices

  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space

Other: Opportunity for growth within the building (i.e.overflow/expansion options or third space)

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
