ID_Land (Adelaide)

Occupy Property has been engaged by ID_Land to lead the procurement of a new Adelaide office for the business.

ID_Land is the property development division of ID_CORP, one of Australia’s most respected diversified property groups. ID_Land is currently located at 25 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.

Location: Adelaide CBD
Grade: Premium & A Grade
NLA: 100-150m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted options to be considered

Minimum fitout schedule:

  • 6 x workstations
  • 1 x office
  • 1 x small meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 1 x large meeting room (8 pax)
  • 1 x kitchenette
  • 1 x storage room
Car park: Car parking required (either on-site or in proximity)
Other: Good natural light exposure & meeting rooms must be acoustically treated
Term: 3 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: Q2/Q3 2026 lease commencement date. Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
