Occupy Property has been engaged by ID_Land to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

ID_Land is one of Australia’s leading private property development companies. ID_Land is currently located at 307 Queen Street, Brisbane.

Location: Brisbane CBD (preference for Golden Triangle)
Grade: Premium & A Grade
NLA: 200-250m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted options to be considered

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • 1 x unmanned reception & waiting area
  • 15-20 x workstations
  • 3 x offices
  • 2-3 x meeting rooms (6-8 pax)
  • 1 x boardroom (12-16 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space (separated from the work-spaces)
End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Car park: Car parking required (5-6 bays either on-site or in proximity)
Other: Preference of direct lift frontage and elevated floors of the building & good natural light exposure
Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: Q3/Q4 2025 lease commencement date. Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
