FYFE (SURVEY GROUP)

Occupy Property is continuing to assist in the procurement of a new office lease for FYFE.

FYFE are seeking a separate requirement for their ‘Survey Group’ in the Brisbane fringe market.

Location:

- Inner North: Spring Hill & Fortitude Valley

- Inner West: Milton

Grade: PCA A & B Grade
Total NLA: 175-225m2
Fitout: Fitted options preferred

Optimal fitout schedule:  

  • 14-18 x workstations
  • 1 x office
  • 1 x meeting room (6-8pax)
  • 1 x meeting room (3-4pax)
  • 1 x kitchen/breakout
Storage: Ample required - adjacent car park converted to cage is an acceptable option
Car park: 6 x onsite bays (minimum clearance of 2.15m is a non-negotiable)
Other: Good natural light exposure
Term: 3-5 year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: Targeting 1 December 2025

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
