Location:
- Inner North: Spring Hill & Fortitude Valley
- Inner West: Milton
Grade: PCA A & B Grade
Total NLA: 175-225m2
Fitout: Fitted options preferred
Optimal fitout schedule:
Storage: Ample required - adjacent car park converted to cage is an acceptable option
Car park: 6 x onsite bays (minimum clearance of 2.15m is a non-negotiable)
Other: Good natural light exposure
Term: 3-5 year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: Targeting 1 December 2025
Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
