Healthy Land & Water

Occupy Property has been engaged by Healthy Land & Water (HLW) to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Brisbane office. HLW currently occupy a suite in 160 Ann Street, Brisbane CBD.

HLW is an Australian not-for-profit organisation using evidence-based research and monitoring of South East Queensland waterways to determine catchment health.

Location: Brisbane CBD
  • Close proximity to public transport (rail & bus)
  • Close proximity to gyms, food & beverage offerings, and greenspace
Grade: Premium, A & B Grade
Total NLA: 700-1,000m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered (fitted preferred)

— Fitted options will house an open plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 15-20 x Workstations (open plan)
  • 1 x reception & waiting area
  • 50 x workstations
  • 6 x offices
  • 1 x medium meeting room (8-12 pax)
  • 2 x small meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 4 x quiet rooms/phone pods (1-2 pax)
  • 1 x boardroom/training room (capacity for 30+ pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space breakout
  • Ideally can be used for functions and townhallmeetings (capacity for 100 pax)
  • Alternatively, meeting rooms with adjustablewalls or third space in building
  • 1 x utilities / printing / mail area
  • 1 x storage room or alternatively storageopportunities in the building
  • Lockers & sever room

Sustainability Credentials: Base building sustainability credentials are an important consideration for HLW (including green energy, recycling, EV charging facilities). Please advise NABERS & Green Star ratings

Car Parking: 6 car parking bays required (minimum 8-10 desirable)
Other: Buildings with staircases for exercise desirable
Term: 3–5 lease term + options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 July 2023 lease commencement date

Access for fitout will be required (precise period subject to level of refurbishment required).
