EQL’s workplace headquarters for Brisbane is currently located at 26 Redacliff Street, Newstead. This campus-style building has been majority occupied by EQL since 2010. EQL’s current leasehold tenure at 26 Redacliff Street is due to expire on 26 August 2030.

Proximity and connection to major public transport nodes is essential.
PCA Grade: Minimum A Grade
Sustainability Credentials: Minimum 5 Star NABERS & Minimum 5 Star Green Star
Net Lettable Area: 16,000sqm to 18,000sqm
Floorplate Configuration: 1,200sqm to 1,500sqm preferred
Spatial Flexibility: Please nominate expansion and contraction capacities during term within building. EQL will also require exercisable sublease/assignment conditions.
Parking: Please nominate maximum on-site allocation of car bays, motorcycle bays, and EV charging bays.
End-of-Trip Facilities: High quality dedicated end-of-trip facilities are required. Please nominate locker, shower, and bike rack capacities.
Security: Subject to workplace design finalisation, it is envisioned that EQL will require:
- Dedicated access/egress point on Ground
- Dedicated concierge on Ground
- Race gate infrastructure on Ground
Signage and Naming Rights: Please detail any signage and/or naming right opportunities.
Term: 10 years
Lease Commencement Date: 27 August 2030 (with early access for integrated/non-integrated fitout purposes)
Options: 2 x 5 years
