Deep Blue Company is transforming how Australians buy, sell and settle property through technology, data insights and integrated services that streamline the entire transaction journey. Deep Blue Company is currently located at 110 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

Location: Brisbane CBD

Close proximity to public transport required (rail and bus)

Grade: PCA B Grade
Total NLA: 200-300m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted (fitted preferred)

Optimal fitout schedule:  

  • 1 x unmanned reception
  • 20 x workstations
  • 1 x office
  • Meeting room
  • 1 x boardroom (8-10pax)
  • 1 x kitchen/breakout
Car park: NIL car parking required
Term: 3-5 year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: Immediate lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
