Occupy Property has been engaged by Cudmore Legal to lead the organisation’s procurement of a new Sunshine Coast office.

Cudmore Legal is as a prominent and respected family and divorce law firm.

  • Ideally close to Maroochydore Magistrates Court butdoesn’t need to be walking distance
Grade: A or B 
Total NLA: 80 - 150m2
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered.

Fitted options will house an open-plan layout whichlargely caters for the following:

  • 1 x reception & waiting area
  • workstations
  • offices
  • 1 x medium meeting room (8-12 pax)
  • 1 x small meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space breakout
  • 1 x utilities / printing / mail area

Term: 3-5 year lease term
