Occupy Property has been engaged by CS Energy to lead the procurement of a new Warehouse facility for the business.

CS Energy is a Queensland owned and based energy company that provides power to some of our state’s biggest industries and employers.

Locational Paramters:

Primary:

  • Facilities within proximity to Brigalow Power Station are highly desirable (Refer to the map click here)
  • Proximity to Warrego Highway/Ipswich Motorway/Cunningham Highway

Secondary:

  • Facilities between Brigalow Power Station and the Port of Brisbane will all be considered
The property is required to be in a flood-free location.

Grade: All considered
Total NLA: ~5,200m2
  • Warehouse size: 85m x 60m (~5,100sqm)
  • Temperature controlled: 5m x 5m (~25m)
  • Office: 50sqm – 100sqm (5-10 x workstations)
Technical Requirements:
  • 3-phase power sockets and sockets to support electrical tools and other industrial equipment
  • 1 x 10 tonne gantry crane preferred, not essential
  • High bay doors of minimum 5 m height
  • Temperature controlled room (15°C to 25°C) preferred
  • Safety shower and eye-wash facility
  • 24/7 independent access for CSE. Ability for CSE to securely segregate the tenancy. Safety shower and eye-wash facility, perimeter fencing, 24/7 CCTV surveillance
Car Parking: Required. Please advise availability and rate.
Term: 9-18 month initial lease term
Lease Commencement Date: Q1 2026

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required).
