Occupy Property has been engaged by a Confidential Client to lead the procurement of a new campus for an education provider in Brisbane. Both freehold and leasehold acquisition options will be considered.

Location: Brisbane Inner North precinct (Fortitude Valley, Bowen Hills and Spring Hill)  

Proximity to public transport highly desirable (rail and other public transport links)  

Grade: PCA A or B Grade
NLA: 5,000-7,000m2

Fitout: Fitted or unfitted (if fitted, flexible education and event space with breakout areas, meeting rooms, and modern infrastructure for hybrid learning and delivery)    
Car Park: Car parking required (please nominate maximum possible allocation of on-site bays)
