Occupy Property has been engaged by BUMA to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

BUMA Australia is a major mining contractor providing end-to-end open-cut mining and rehabilitation services, primarily focusing on the Queensland coal industry. BUMA is currently located at 199 Grey Street, South Brisbane.

Location: South Bank, South Brisbane, Milton, Fortitude Valley, Newstead

Fitout: Preference for pre-fitted options (contemporary open-plan layout)
End of Trip: Good quality End-of-Trip facilities required    
Car park: On-site car parking required (please advise maximum available allocation)
Term: 5-7 year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: 3 June 2027 lease commencement date 

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of fitout construction/refurbishment required)
