Occupy Property has been engaged by Bond University to lead the procurement of a new lease for the university’s Brisbane campus.

Bond University is recognised as one of Australia’s leading universities, renowned for its innovative teaching methods and strong industry engagement. Bond University’s Brisbane campus is currently located at 433 Boundary St, Spring Hill.

Location: Brisbane CBD  
  • Proximity to public transport highly desirable (rail and other public transport links)
Classifications: Class 9b (subject to investigation)
Grade: PCA A Grade & B Grade
NLA: 750 - 1,250m2
Fitout: Fitted or unfitted (if fitted, flexible education and event space with breakout areas, meeting rooms, and modern infrastructure for hybrid learning and delivery)    

Optimal fitout schedule (exclusive or shared):  

  • 1 x reception lounge with tea/coffee facilities, kitchen, and adjoining informal meeting/lounge space
  • 100-seat flexible event/education space (can be reconfigured into 2 x 50-seat rooms)
  • 1 x 20-seat boardroom
  • 3 x meeting rooms (4–6 pax)
  • 20 x workstations (open-plan and offices)
  • 1 x event storage room (tables, chairs, equipment)
  • 1 x accessible toilet + separate male & female amenities
End of Trip: Good quality End-of-Trip facilities required    
Car park: Car parking required (please nominate maximum possible allocation of on-site bays)

  • Outdoor space desirable & potential contiguous expansion capacity will be considered    
  • Highly sustainable base building credentials are desirable (NABERS / Green Star / Well)  
  • High-speed, reliable  internet with modern AV/IT infrastructure, supporting livestreaming and blended delivery format
  • After-hours access/egress and air conditioning essential (24/7)
  • Separate building access/egress point ideal
Term: Either 4+4 years or 8 years (subject to commerciality & negotiations)  
Lease Commencement Date: 1 March 2026 lease commencement date    

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of fitout construction/refurbishment required)
