Occupy Property has been engaged by Beyond Electrical Engineering (‘BEE’) to lead the procurement of a new Perth office lease for the organisation.

BEE is an electrical engineering company that develops electrical and automation solutions for its valued customers. The organisation’s Perth operations are currently located at 197 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

Location: Perth CBD
Grade: A & B Grade
NLA: 250-350m2
Fitout: Fitted and unfitted options will be considered.

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • Waiting area
  • 1 x unmanned reception & waiting area
  • 24 x workstations
  • 2 x offices
  • 2 x meeting room (4-6 pax)
  • 2 x quiet rooms or phone booths
  • 1 x boardroom (12-16 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen with breakout space
  • 1 x server room
  • 1 x storage room (in premises or basement)
End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Car park: 3 bays are required either on-site or in proximity
Other: Onsite basement storage required & good natural light exposure
Term: 3-year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: 1 March 2026

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
