Beyond Electrical Engineering (Brisbane)

Occupy Property has been engaged by Beyond Electrical Engineering (‘BEE’) to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office lease for the organisation.

BEE is an electrical engineering company that develops electrical and automation solutions for its valued customers. The organisation’s Queensland operations are currently located at 310 Edward Street, Brisbane.

  • Brisbane Inner City Fringe – West End, South Brisbane, Spring Hill, Milton, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, etc.
  • Located in close proximity to major public transport infrastructure and major road interchanges
Grade: A-Grade & B-Grade
NLA: 450-650m2

Workshop/storage area (approx. 50sqm)

Fitout: Fitted and unfitted options will be considered (preferencefor fully fitted)

Optimal fitout schedule:

  • Waiting area
  • 40-60 x workstations
  • Multiple meeting/quiet rooms
  • Kitchen with breakout area
  • External breakout area
End of Trip: End-of-Trip facilities desirable
Car park: Minimum 6 onsite car parking bays are required
Other: Please specify any nearby car parking operators
Term: 3-year initial lease term with options
Lease Commencement Date: Targeted lease commencement date of 1 September 2025

Early access for fitout/occupation will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
