Baralaba Coal

Occupy Property has been engaged by Baralaba Coal to lead the procurement of a new Brisbane office for the business.

Baralaba Coal is a dynamic, privately owned Australian metallurgical coal company, producing up to 2 million tonnes per annum of premium Ultra-Low Volatile Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI). The business is currently located at 10 Eagle Street, Brisbane CBD.

Location: Brisbane CBD (Preference for Golden Triangle)
Grade: Premium & A Grade
Total NLA: 250 - 300 sqm
Fitout: Both fitted and unfitted options to be considered

— Fitted options will ideally include the following items:

  • Unmanned reception & waiting area
  • 12 x workstations
  • 2 x offices
  • 3 x meeting rooms
  • 1 x server room
  • 1 x boardroom (12 pax)
  • 1 x kitchen breakout area
End of Trip: High Quality End-of-Trip facilities preferred  
Car Parking: On-site car parking bays preferred – please confirm maximum allocation
Other: Great natural light exposure
Term: 5 year lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 6 June 2027 lease commencement date

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required).
