Occupy Property has been engaged by ANZCA to lead the procurement of a new Adelaide office for the business.

The Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) is one of the largest specialist medical colleges in Australia and New Zealand, and the region's foremost authority on anaesthesia, pain medicine and perioperative medicine. ANZCA is current located at 168 Ward Street, North Adelaide.

Fitout: Fitted or unfitted (fitted preferred)

Fitted options which largely accord with the following fitout schedule are preferred:

  • 1 x Reception/waiting area
  • Workspace for 4-6 (can be open plan or offices)
  • Large open utility space to suit events, training etc
  • 1 x Meeting Room
  • 1 x Kitchen / Breakout
  • 1 x Utilities area
Car park: Car parking on site desirable, please advise availability and rate. Access to overflow and/or street parking is of high importance.
Other: Good natural light exposure & End-of-Trip facilities preferred
Term: 5 year initial lease term
Lease Commencement Date: 1 November 2026

Early access for fitout/trade will be required (precise period subject to level of construction/refurbishment required)
